How to become a member

In order to become a member of the Chamber, the interested persons have to:

  • Fill in an application, provided in Annex 1;
  • Submit the application to the Chamber’s Management Council;
  • Pay the subscriptions:
    1. registration tax, in the amount decided by the General Assembly;
    2. annual fee, in the amount decided by the General Assembly.

In 10 (ten) days after the application was submitted, the Management Council will decide if the applicant will be accepted or not as a member.

The applicant will be informed in writing regarding the Council’s decision.

In case the application is accepted, the applicant will become a member of the Chamber.

In case the application is rejected, the applicant will be informed in writing and the registration tax will be returned as soon
as possible.

The quality of member of the Chamber cannot be transferred to another person.

By General Secretary’s care, the Chamber will keep a register with all its members, containing the name, address and the date when a person became a member of the Chamber.

This register will be kept at Chamber’s registered office and may be seen by any member of the Chamber, free of charge.

Each member will pay the registration tax, in the amount decided by the Management Council.

Each member of the Chamber will pay the annual subscription, in the amount decided by the Management Council. The annual subscription can be paid on annual or quarterly basis.

Not paying the annual subscription brings the loss of quality of member.
