Incorporation

The Bilateral Chamber of Commerce and Industry Romania-Cyprus is at the disposal of its members for any questions or any additional information on the business environment in Romania and Cyprus and can offer guidance on possibilities of investments and assistance with the legal provisions to be taken into account when opening a business in Romania.

The purpose of the Chamber is to establish a economic and juridical framework and to promote the business relations between Romania and Cyprus and the relations between Romanian and Cypriot businessmen. The Chamber is established as a nongovernmental, public utility, autonomous and non-political organization.

On 7 October 2004 the Constitutive Assembly of the Bilateral Chamber of Commerce and Industry Romania-Cyprus took place at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania and Bucharest and this moment represented the set off of The Chamber.
